Circuits
(Tuesday lunchtime only 45 minutes)
Good all round group exercise with cardiovascular and fat burning exercises, helping muscle tone and endurance.

Boxercise
(Wednesday lunchtime only 45 minutes.)
Safe and effective way to keep fit. Learning to defend oneself. Designed to strengthen muscles, without building bulk. Cardiovascular fitness included. Improves co-ordination and balance. Teaches you boxing technique.

Stability Ball and Abs Blast
A class solely devoted to the mid-section of the body. Helping to strengthen and tone the abs and improve posture. This can ultimately change the shape of your body.

Body Conditioning - Thursday (45 mins)
10 minutes warm up, 30 minutes of upper and lower body toning workout.
Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.
Legs, Bums & Tums
10 minutes warm up, with 20-25 minutes toning routine and 30 minutes floor toning.
Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness.
Street Dance Aerobics
Full on cardiovascular fun workout. Work up a sweat and enjoy dancing street, whilst burning those calories.
