Baby Sitting
We offer a Baby Sitting Service, where parents can leave their children whilst they spend an hour in the gym or participate in the class.
- Monday - Friday: 10.00am - 11.00am
- Sunday: 10.00am - 11.00am
Charges:
- 1 hour = £2.00 per child
- £20.00 per month available on all memberships.

Take advantage of our relaxing steam room, detoxifying saunas (male and female) and revitalizing sunbeds.

Studio Hire
Arena Fitness hire out the aerobic studios for additional classes/events that people may like to provide to the area. Are there any classes that we don't provide that you can? or Do you need large floor space to practice in?
